PANEER TIKKA (V)

This mild unsalted cheese doesn't need aging or culturing and picks up flavours wonderfully. Marinated twice over 24 hours and then grilled until deep golden in colour and served with yellow and red peppers

BOMBAY SANWICH (V)

Soft white bread is layered with spiced potato mix and topped with coriander mint chilli chutney, masala spices, finished with fresh slices of cucumber, onion, and tomato.
