HARIYALI CHICKEN KEBABS 

​Hariyali, translating to "greenery" in Hindi, derives its name from the vibrant herb-based marinade that characterises the dish. The chicken is coated in a fragrant green paste made by blending fresh coriander, mint leaves, spicy green chillies, yogurt, cashew paste, and heavy cream. As the meat marinates, this rich hariyali masala clings to it, imparting a vivid green hue and infusing it with fresh, herbaceous flavours—a visual and culinary nod to the dish’s verdant inspiration​

A Indian savoury salad made of rice puffs, thin crispy chickpea noodles, chopped onions, tomatoes, chilli and chutney mix, topped with pomegranate

DHAI PURI (V)

A beloved Indian street food featuring crispy golgappas (fried semolina or flour shells) filled with spiced potatoes, tangy cilantro chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, and creamy yogurt, then topped with a sprinkle of aromatic spices. With its perfect balance of crunch and softness, every bite bursts with flavour, making it nearly impossible to stop at just one!

DHABA CHICKEN

Chunks of chicken marinated for 24 hours and grilled until tender and then simmered in a rich creamy tomato sauce, garnished with pomegranate and coriander

PEPPER CHICKEN

A fiery, aromatic dish celebrated for its bold flavours. Tender pieces of chicken are simmered with sautéed onions, fragrant curry leaves, and fresh green chilies until perfectly cooked. The dish is then finished with a generous toss of coarsely ground black pepper, which lends its signature pungent heat and earthy aroma. This final flourish of pepper not only elevates the spice profile but also creates a robust, warming depth
